Even in college I always preferred the absurd scripts. although the classics were required study and performance. whenever I had a chance I would go for the avant-garde. If you are imaginative and are very right-brained. I think you will enjoy this book.True. it is not the typical Samuel French or Dramatists Play Service script. but if you are looking for that. you already know where to find it. Some of the plays have no dialogue and are only pedestrian action or even some nonsense. But if you are able to look deeper. there is a pervasive social commentary that is the through-line of the book. Good for reading on the train...5 Stars!
