A Brief History of Orange; California: The Plaza City

[PDF] A Brief History of Orange; California: The Plaza City by Phil Brigandi at Arts-Photography

Description

Chronicles the ghostly legends and lore of historic Madison; Indian. Beautifully preserved mid-nineteenth-century buildings grace the streets of Madison; Indiana; providing a concrete connection to the past. But a more ethereal; ghostly link flits about these streets when night descends. Restive spirits linger here; like the extra that may join you mid-slumber at Whitehall Bed-and-Breakfast; a residual from the Civil War hospital that was once nearby. Feel the ghostly chill of a mob bootlegger who stops by the Broadway Tavern around last call and learn of the myriad ghosts that flutter here in search of something. Dive into the shadows of Madison on this chilling journey with Virginia Jorgensen.

A lot of kids crochet books focus on styles for little girls -- but this one has several real winners for little boys. The designs are unique and really cool. Theyre cute without being "cutesy." Your children will not be ridiculed by their classmates when they show up in the outfits you made them from this book. Theyre not "dated" -- if you bought this to make things for your kids; youll probably still be able to use it for your grandkids. Beautiful pictures show every detail; which is important if youre like me -- I rely more on the pictures to tell me what to do than the instructions/patterns.4 of 4 people found the following review helpful. Sent this one backBy DiplochickThis book includes sweaters that *look* like you made them. Almost every pattern has sleeves that are very visably attached to the blocky body of a sweater. The designs are outdated and the finished products dont even look that great in the book.0 of 0 people found the following review helpful. QUICK AND EASYBy becca8688ANY CHILD WOULD LOVE THESE ITEMS. IT IS VERY EASY TO READ AND UNDERSTAND. I CANT DECIDE WHICH PROJECT TO CROCHET FIRST. I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND IT FOR YOUR CROCHET LIBRARY.
