This is one of the best books Ive seen as far as step by step instructions go. The only drawback is that the author references several jigs without explaining the type or style of the jigs used. He seems to just assume you know what he is using and the some of the pictures dont give you the best view of how they work. Ive seen a few different types of top joining jigs but the one in is illustration is new to me and I cant make out how it is constructed.That said. this will definitely be one of my go to books for basic sections of my builds as it break down the construction of the different components into different sections of the book. Experience made it a better read.It covers tools. techniques and tips that are useful. A nice manual for some techniques that one can use in the shop.
