J.This is a great book to force a new welder to just get out into the shop and fabricate projects. It can be used as a textbook in a classroom as well. The projects are tailored for the various kinds of welding techniques; arc; MIG; etc; however; all the project may be completed with any technique you chose like only MIG for all the projects.
