Jim and Donna not only volunteered during the parades; their children became involved as well making it literally a family tradition. They saw the hard work; the sweat; the scrapes; the bumps and the bruises that went with making the Great Circus Parade the fabulous show that treated the world. Not only did they see it; they captured it on film for us to enjoy. Only the hard working; deeply involved members of the parade and train crews that were there everyday were privileged to see all of this. Jim and Donna Peterson have taken us on a journey into their world behind the scenes of the huge Milwaukee Circus Street parades that you wont soon forget. It is a terrific read. You wont put it down once you open it up. Enjoy!0 of 0 people found the following review helpful.
