A fine bookBy DaisyThis is a wonderful story of the creation of Mount Auburn Cemetery and the ongoing work to maintain it (in addition to its purpose as a burying ground) as a resource for those who seek a beautiful outdoor environment to contemplate nature -- human; avian; and botanical. The history of prominent and modest "residents" is interesting and fun to read. It is an excellent gift book for friends interested in New England history.0 of 0 people found the following review helpful. or places in Boston to walkwill love thisBy CustomerAny one who is interested in American history; American literature; birds. landscape architecture ; or places in Boston to walkwill love this book0 of 0 people found the following review helpful.
