Many of the paintings seem to be technically superior. I say "seem" to be. because the images in the Kindle version of this publication had their file size reduced. I suppose for faster download. Thus. every time I saw an image that I wanted to look at. the moment I zoomed in. it would pixilate. rendering any detail impossible to see. As an artist. being unable to see a work well in beyond frustrating. The original images in the text are tiny. even on my iPad. Im sure they are large and lovely in the print edition.
