Exquisite Beautiful Mandala Designs (Ebook Preview Of Paper Book Option) Bonus Link To Free Printable Pages!By coolmommyJust a note. the eBook is solely a preview of the 62 page paper book available for purchase. and it is clearly stated as so in the product description. I purchased and downloaded it to my Kindle which took only seconds. I really appreciate the aspect of being able to "preview before I buy" as I have purchased many adult coloring books online and have not always been pleased with the designs. The sample beautiful mandala designs included with this eBook are absolutely exquisite. The Beautiful Mandala designs range from simpler to more elaborate in detail which makes it great for any age. skill. or amount of time you wish to spend coloring. I have attached a few of the sample images from this book for you to view the range of designs that it includes.I really enjoy this series of coloring books. There are several coloring books in the series by Coloring Therapists. Each coloring book has a different theme which makes it easy to find a book that will interest almost anyone of any age that enjoys coloring. All of the books in the series have designs that are similar in their range of complexity. so basically if you like one of the books. odds are you will like others as well. You can find other books in this series of coloring books by searching for "COLORING THERAPIST". or feel free to check out all of my other reviews to see what each book contains with sample photos included .At the beginning of the book there is a really nice informative section about Art Therapy and its health benefits. It lists several of the types of issues that it can be helpful for such as Dementia and Alzheimers. PTSD. blood pressure. focus and meditation. and to reduce anxiety. I personally enjoy Art Therapy Coloring as a nighttime activity and to reduce anxiety. Many people including myself tend to spend many hours especially before bed on our smartphones and tablets and are being exposed to the light emitted by them. which can disrupt our circadian rhythms and a reduction of melatonin in the body both of which can contribute to sleep problems. I have found this very soothing and no longer have sleep issues. My teenage daughter also enjoys this and uses her devices much less often. I also enjoy it for the pure fun of it as I once did in my childhood. Another great thing about coloring is that it is somewhat inexpensive and you can choose to use colored pencils. crayons. markers. gel pens. etc.Included in the eBook is a bonus link to "ijustread.it" which allows you to access tons of free printable designs in pdf format by simply entering your email address to sign up. If you decide it is not for you then you can simply unsubscribe. either way a freebie and nothing to lose! Its meant to trick you into signing up for a mailing list where content farms and desperate self-published authors hock their mediocre books in the hopes youll increase their sale rankings through free purchases and reviews. Its super scammy and an insult to buyers.As with every other ebook Ive reviewed from this publisher. the text was outsourced to a content farm or freelancer who writes an essay-style intro about the topic. similar to what your 4th grader would write for Common Core. They use the exact same text in every one of their coloring books. The art they use is clipart. stock photos. and pieces they stole from other artists--none of which are ever credited. Ive included samples of the coloring cutouts included in this "preview" which show the small images provided in the ebook. which are all obviously taken from multiple sources (I reverse image searched to find them) and low quality. Many of the designs are used in other books by this seller.Since the link to the coloring pages email list is broken. theres no way to tell if the full resolution images are any better quality. but the included images are low quality. While the coloring page link was suspended by the ISP (very telling). the link to the "I Just Read It" book club will in fact sign you up to receive even more discounted. poor-quality books from content farms and desperate authors. Thats the goal of these scammy publishers: they create mediocre content to get you to sign up for more mediocre content which they use to sell their mailing list services to mediocre authors or other content farms. The actual content they produce is garbage. and its completely unrelated to the book you found the link in.***** AS OF THIS WRITING. My son loves to color and these are more adult books but they are really fun. Overall good to take on trips or to have in the car.
