I read this in conjuncture with an internship at an Art Commission; and the information is definitely for insiders; but I hope even if you dont have experience or knowledge of this field you still read this; as the information would be interesting to anyone who has an interest in this area. It is even more valuable considering it was only published last year; and so the information is fresher. It is especially annoying to have to read outdated (sometimes by 20 years) books on "contemporary" public art. If you are in the market for this kind of informative read; please dont skip this one!
