I remember listening to "the adventures of GMF on the wheels of steel" and thinking it was revolutionary.So when I was given a chance to understand how it happened; why there was a GMF and the furious five and also a Grand Master Melle Mel and the furious five; I jumped on the opportunity to read it.It took me a plane trip from Europe to read it from first to last page. The story is interesting; it kills a bit the myth about how it happened and who were those incredible rappers but hey; they are human too.I noticed a few typos in the book; some names very poorly written.A good book nonetheless to recommend to any original hip-hop fan.1 of 1 people found the following review helpful.
