The Adventures of Huckleberry Finn; a novel by Mark Twain; is counted among the greatest American novels. The novel begins with Tom Sawyer and Huckleberry Finn finding a large amount of money as a result of their earlier adventures. Huck is placed under the guardianship of Widow Douglas who makes all efforts to civilise him but in vain. He escapes from the captivity of his drunkard father and sets out on a journey down the Mississippi River along with Jim; an escaping slave. The journey turns out to be a dangerous one as the two friends encounter adventures with hilarious and menacing characters. The humour of the book lies in the way Huck expresses himself. The book makes an interesting read with its funny characters and comical situations. The stylish realistic illustrations are edgy and contemporary but not without the charm that is essentially classic!

This book has the "Right Stuff"for a biography about the NKOTBBy Kindle CustomerI really enjoyed reading this book more or less for the background information about the NKOTB.I was a fan of their music more so than just the guys.I saw them in concert last year and being too old to have been a Blockhead decided to read the book anyway.I could have done without all the fan commentary but the info from the guys and their parents is what I read the book for.If you just want to read this book for background and biography purposes then this is a great book to read.0 of 0 people found the following review helpful. Michelle PriceI was expecting this to be another recap book describing things I already knew about the group I have loved for more than 23 years. What I got was a compelling stories full of tid-bits that even I; a die-hard fan of NKOTB; didnt know. I loved the sincerity and honesty in this book and in these 5 guys. It touched my heart and showed me; yet again; why I love these guys and am proud to call myself a fan. Nikki Van Noy did a great job of capturing heartfelt moments; fantastic quotes and amazing fan stories. I would highly recommend this book to any Blockhead.
