I dearly loved this book and gave it away as Christmas presents when it came out. Ive lived in Brown County most of my life and really enjoyed finding out about all the different things that happened here and the famous people that came from Brown County.(For example: President Grant. John Rankin. August Kautz. Charles Young. Thomas Hamer and many more.) I have a few other books from the same publisher about other parts of Ohio but this book was different in that there seemed to be so much more information.
