All the pictures are intricate and well designedBy Duy N.Coloring seems to be all the new rage these days especially for those who espouse mindfulness and relaxation. As a therapist I actually found what they say about coloring to be true. Being about to sit there for 30-45 minutes and just focus on coloring one of these images goes a long way in giving you piece of mind. If you dont believe me just carve out 30 minutes one day and try coloring one of these images. Anyways. this book is great. All the pictures are intricate and well designed. This is definitely a coloring book for an adult or an older teen. I really like that they include a PDF version so you can print it out and give it to other people. This makes it super easy for me to hand out to my older clients. My grandkids who are ages 10.8 and 7 love to color these. I make them their own books by using a binder.
