I truly appreciated this book as an architectBy PoppyThis book is helpful on many levels and lets you get a great in depth look at residential architecture. Clears up a lot of the mystery and sets you straight on just how "easy" designing houses really is. Helpful insight into everything from contracts with client; to meeting with clients; billing; drawings; contractors; and close out. Great examples at end of chapters to bring it all together. Also; wonderful section on clients to avoid.2 of 2 people found the following review helpful. Well written - and quite usefulBy Eurico R.
