[PDF] Cherry Hill; New Jersey (Images of America) by Mike Mathis in Arts-Photography

Description

Bordentown Revisited highlights the memorable growth of an area located at the kink of the Delaware River. The city of Bordentown and neighboring Fieldsboro share a stretch ofriverfront; and that waterfront location brought them great prosperity during the industrial years. The rural township traded its agricultural occupation for housing development. Then; as old paths and byways became streets and highways; businesses; motels; and restaurants emerged along the roadside.

Local Interest At Its Best!By C. H. CohenA wonderful book for those that either remember the Cherry Hill area from a bygone time. or those that wish to see what their area was like before they were born. This book stays on topic. is concise and is full of photographs that remind those that remember of a time that Cherry Hill rivaled Philadelphia. Atlantic City and other Mega attraction areas. The photos and narrative bring back the memories and sights that can not be found elsewhere.
