If you listen to the arrangers play it on youtube; it actually sounds much harder than it is. The secondo part is largely simple chords and some melody; and the primo part has the left and right hands mirror each other throughout almost the entire piece. If you are debating if it will be too hard for you; I say go for it! The only complaint that I have is that there is a short part in the middle of the youtube video mentioned before that is not in this arrangement.
