A solid architectural biographyBy David ArbogastMy hat is off to Jennifer Dumke and her wonderful team who put together this excellent architectural biography of an architect with only regional influence. Dow is hardly a great name in the annals of American architectural history and was unknown to myself prior to reading this book. Although he hardly broke new ground in architectural style; his work reflects that of its period and he is representative of innumerable practitioners across the country who spread the stylistic trends of the leaders of the profession.0 of 0 people found the following review helpful. Jennifer did a wonderful job at her history book and the DVD that we got. Thanks Jennifer for sharing your research. It is nice to read about people who have helped shape the history of little towns.
