My dad was at home with us. but wasnt good at giving us hugs and kisses or showing love and affection during our formative years. He did the basics. kept a roof over our head. provided good education. but as far as being able to come to him with a problem to discuss with him or just have a conversation with him. he wasnt that type of person. It was refreshing and heart warming to read the stories about all the ladies and their dads and I especially love the cover shot with Sanaa Latham and her dad - you can see and feel the love they share as father and daughter - I really wish my dad had been an outwardly affectionate and loving person - its somethimg that Ive yearned for butwill never have.
