The art historian and philosopher of religion; Titus Burckhardt (1908-1984); was one of the 20th centuryrsquo;s most renowned experts on sacred art. The reader is drawn into a pilgrimage through the history of Christian art to architecture; iconography; and illumination; always returning to the fundamental genius of Christianity. Through a luminous interplay of Burckhardtrsquo;s text; this book becomes a work of art in itself; inviting the reader to ldquo;taste and seerdquo; the glories of the artistic and spiritual heritage of Christianity.

I credit Austin with saving me from making a huge 5 figure mistake when I almost hired my second "marketing" consultant. Each mini chapter in his book covers only one topic and the chapters tell you how many minutes it will take you to read it. It was like reading my life story when it comes to dealing with advertising and marketig people. I know now why I was frustrated. If you are getting ready to hire anyone to help you with advertising. marketing. promotion etc. please read this first. I think it will save you money and change your focus to what matters.1 of 1 people found the following review helpful. good book light reading and entertainingBy Amir al shamyI like the honesty of this book .
