I have to say that this book was a great introduction to my new homeBy J. MorinAs a relatively new person to Prescott; I have to say that this book was a great introduction to my new home. I live off of Williamson Valley Road; so the stories and pictures gave me a sense of history and an emotional tie to this great part of Prescott; AZ. The writer collected pictures and quotes from family members of this area which seemed to bring the stories alive. If youre interested in the real old west; youll need this book in your collection.1 of 1 people found the following review helpful. Very well researchedBy LINDA HUTCHISONA very well researched book about the area around Prescott and Chino Valley in Arizona. The author included all the different groups of people who populated this area. The proceeds from the book contribute to a local park. I highly recommend this book.
