She loves it and can practice her reading while learning a little bit about art at the same time. My five year old thinks its hysterical and the absurdity of the little people and foods is amusing to her.Its a good way to challenge traditional thinking about our relationships with the objects around us and tweaks at the imagination in all of us.0 of 0 people found the following review helpful. Amazing miniature scenes!By beekyI really love the photos. I dont like the authors interpretations; even though that was what he was thinking of when he made the art. I prefer to use my own interpretation of the scene. So I look at the photos and ignore the text. When I first read about his work in a magazine somewhere; it didnt print his explanations of the scenes; so I was surprised to find them in the book.
