I was actually looking for something more in the Robin Williams and Red Skelton tradition;but this expanded my thinking way beyond that. Im no expert; but I really felt I was in good hands and being led in a good dirtection.4 of 4 people found the following review helpful. Best thing that ever happened to me as an actor.By thehannThis year I had a regional commercial air in Colorado during the Superbowl. Even though I am dressed in a suit and tie; no makeup or red nose; I am clearly clowning. I will forever be thankful for the techniques and training Simon has outlined in his books! His teachings offer a unique performance style as well as a high level approach to actor training. Appropriate for all levels; and undeniable fun; this book will open new doorways for all those ready to explore their most open; vulnerable and spontaneous selves.
