Yuriko Saito manages to avoid these pit-falls. Well researched. credit is given where due. editing is superb. ideas are well rounded out yet leave room for independent thought and the reference list is absolutely indispensable. Not this one! I found many examples truly inspiring and easy to incorporate into my everyday life. i thought about some of the passages for weeks. well worth the read.
