After seeing a few images of his work and seeing that he has published books I quickly ordered three of them from . This book is fa-bu-lous! The images Phil made of the city after Katrina are sensitive and beautiful. This is a paradox when an artist is able to transform something so horrible in nature to something artistically magnificent. Anyone who searches for this type of art book will not be disappointed.
