This time I cannot fault their use of English or editing becausethere really is nothing written in the book. It is a book of flags of some countries and a blank one on theother page. It is a non book in my opinion. Calling it a geography book is a real stretch of the imagination.Kids want information; not pictures of flags. My kids looked at me like I was crazy when I asked them tolook at this book. My kids are unusual in that they learned to read while other kids were in preschool; sothey are very advanced in their reading and education. Thats what it is. Flags from; and I quote; "the fourteen richest countries in the world." So heres what you get: A color version of the flag and a black and white version of the flag (obviously meant to be colored in the print edition of the book). The following countries are included: China; USA; India; Japan; Germany; Russia; Brazil; Indonesia; UK; France; Mexico; Italy; South Korea; Saudi Arabia.This is a cute little book for a flag-loving little kid; and it would be fine for a class discussion of different countries flags. The cover and title are somewhat misleading; youd almost think it was some sort of workbook or that it would least have some reading other than just the countries names. I would think this would be appropriate for even younger kids; because they tend to memorize books when theyre this basic. That would allow them to "read" to you and feel like a big kid.I cant imagine investing in the print edition of this book unless it was for a completely flag-obsessed kid who would love also coloring their own version. Otherwise; it would be quite an expense for just another coloring book.I thought this book looked interesting; but it did not have the information I was hoping it would have. It does contain what it promises; though: flags.
