I had left the "interview" with Alexander McQueen until this week. It was a mind changer. Having been in fashion in some way all my life ; I had ignored McQueens work because it was simply not interesting to me.But I had heard Ms Goldbin speak at the De young Museum in SF back in 2011...and felt she was a very balanced person.I must say that what I already knew; was that when McQueen moved from his OWN Work to try and do Givenchy; he was driving himself to the edge. Play the notes we know; keeps us in a more balanced world...even if it does not make us staggeringly rich....We do need to choose OUR OWN LIFE.Thank you for this space to comment.JG0 of 0 people found the following review helpful.
