It is a physically very small book; 4 1/4 x 7 inches; and 1/4 inch thick. It is 82 pages. The price of $11 isnt outrageous; so thats helpful. But there isnt too much to it. Not a lot of breadth and depth.Maybe because it is a bit flimsy as it is a paperback or maybe because of s poor packaging when shipping; but the front cover and first pages are curved/bent
