Review
1 of 1 people found the following review helpful. Good tips for actors. Great insight for screenwriters.By Mark F. MartinoOne of the actors who starred in THE WALLET comedy short told me about Haber and her auditioning techniques. As a screenwriter who directs and produces as needed. I found the book provided good insight into what actors look for in scripts and sides. Because a lot of the work we do is online. we also do most of our casting online. We ask the actors submit videos of them performing the sides. Id be curious to see what other advice Haber has for actors submitting audition videos.1 of 1 people found the following review helpful. Good bookBy KeishannaI think that if you are in LA. its best to take her class. She has said herself that her process has changed since writing this book but this book still is inspiring and great!1 of 1 people found the following review helpful. InformativeBy laurenThis is a great read for new actors! Margie explains how to confidently take control of auditions break down a scene from start to finish. My only complaints are that it took me a while to read on my kindle app (5297 pages!!) and the beginning was a bit slow.Other than that. I learned a lot from this book - highly recommended.
