Beautiful Coloring Book (Ebook-Preview Before You Buy Paper Book Option) Bonus Link to Free Printable Pages!By coolmommyJust a note; the eBook is solely a preview of the 62 page paper book available for purchase; and it is clearly stated as so in the product description. I purchased and download it to my Kindle which took only seconds. I really appreciate the aspect of being able to "preview before I buy" as I have purchased many adult coloring books online and have not always been pleased with the designs. The sample heart designs included with this eBook are absolutely beautiful. The designs are all hearts but range from simpler to more elaborate in detail which makes it great for any age; skill; or amount of time you wish to spend coloring. I have included a few of the sample images for you to view.At the beginning of the book there is a really nice informative section about Art Therapy and its health benefits. It lists several of the types of issues that it can be helpful for such as Dementia and Alzheimers; PTSD; blood pressure; focus and meditation; and to reduce anxiety. I personally enjoy Art Therapy Coloring as a nighttime activity and to reduce anxiety. Many people including myself tend to spend many hours especially before bed on our smartphones and tablets and are being exposed to the light emitted by them; which can disrupt our circadian rhythms and a reduction of melatonin in the body both of which can contribute to sleep problems. I have found this very soothing and no longer have sleep issues. My teenage daughter also enjoys this and uses her devices much less often. I also enjoy it for the pure fun of it as I once did in my childhood. Another great thing about coloring is that it is somewhat inexpensive and you can choose to use colored pencils; crayons; markers; gel pens; etc.Included in the eBook is a bonus link to "ijustread.it" which allows you to access tons of free printable designs in pdf format by simply entering your email address to sign up. If you decide it is not for you then you can simply unsubscribe; either way a freebie and nothing to lose! If you are using this preview as intended you will find it a perfect way to decide for yourself if you wish to purchase the paper book or not. All the pictures are intricate and well designedBy Duy N.Coloring seems to be all the new rage these days especially for those who espouse mindfulness and relaxation. As a therapist I actually found what they say about coloring to be true. Being about to sit there for 30-45 minutes and just focus on coloring one of these images goes a long way in giving you piece of mind. If you dont believe me just carve out 30 minutes one day and try coloring one of these images. Anyways; this book is great. All the pictures are intricate and well designed. This is definitely a coloring book for an adult or an older teen. I really like that they include a PDF version so you can print it out and give it to other people. This makes it super easy for me to hand out to my older clients. Granted if you are interested in purchasing the actually cooking book for adults this is a nice way to see some of the designs.They are 14 designs shown; they could give you a few photos in the description of the actual book for this purpose and not need this ebook at all. So the actual purpose of this ebook is two fold; one is to tell you why adults should color; what the benefits are; the second it to get you to sign up to two of their mailing list.You get a teaser to sign up for free downloadable pdf coloring books for adults; you need to sign up for their mailing list of some kind. The next is for justreadit.com a website for discounted ebooks.Since I can always unsubscribe to the coloring book mailing list; I thought I would see what the pdfs had to offer. Six books all have 62 pages; after each page of a design there is a empty page that they put in there as ldquo;a Bleed Through Page If You Are Using a Coloring Marker or Penrdquo;; so 30 designs each page. I took a screen shot of one of the designs from the free PDF.If you like the designs I do not think it is worth it to get and print out the free PDFs to save the $6.92 for each book; itrsquo;s a lot of black ink you will be using up to print these out.
