I bought this for my son as he is taking private lessons and am helping him practice the beats in this book currently. There are pages on pages of things to go over and a lot of cool rudiments utilizing the snare as well as the high hat. When it comes to learning or teaching rock grooves and learning to read music; this is the one! The notation is spread all the way across the page and at first I wasnt sure.
