An historic and informative readBy Alan BrodieI spent a lot of childhood summers on Lake Winnipesaukee and have some very fond memories from those days. I was hoping this book would take me back to rediscover something I had lost. It really didnt do that; but it is a good book nonetheless. It focuses on the history of the area around the lake; how the various communities developed and so forth. Theres a lot of pictures; but also a lot of text. This is more than one of those books full of old pictures.
