Good for sports fanatics and hoardersBy SmittyIf you still think youre in college and want to plaster your walls with college sports paraphernalia; or if youre a hoarder and like clutter (what hoarders call collecting) then this book is for you. Most of the caves are overwhelmingly full of dust-collecting tchotchkes that make the room seem one of two things - immature or junky. Other rooms have ridiculous themes; like a strip club theme complete with pole. Im looking to make my room somewhere between a family room and an ultra-expensive theater. Just a mildly classy room with a big TV; good audio system; a couple of racks to display my vintage audio equipment; some acoustic wall treatments; small bar with a back bar; a couple of recliners; a sofa and a sofa-back table. Lots of variety and neat stuff to look at. The book goes over various themes of ordinary guys Man Caves. Some are just regular; and some are real high dollar. So it covers the whole spectrum. I found many great ideas in this book; so you can get a little something from other man cave owners. There are also short interviews with the owners explaining a little about each one.
