The drawing skills needed for this may be too advanced for beginners but the concept of using colored pencil with collage can be used by anyone who practices drawing to increase skills. The ideas for mixing media are interesting and make me want to try them by adding colored pencil to other media that I normally use.18 of 18 people found the following review helpful. GREAT BOOK!By sabknitsEXCELLENT book! Ive been a mixed media artist and teacher for 15 years and am learning things about composition that I knew but couldnt articulate ("It just LOOKS right"). Projects are sophisticated enough for the advanced artist; simple enough for the beginner. Ive already recommended this book to my artist pals and will look at others by this author.2 of 2 people found the following review helpful. Treasure TroveBy C. J. PhillipsWhat an outstanding book!
