Modern Coin Magic

[DOC] Modern Coin Magic by J. B. Bobo in Arts-Photography

Description

In "Deep Design;" David Wann explores a new way of thinking about design; one that asks "What is our ultimate goal?" before the first step has even been taken. Designs that begin with such a question -- whether in products; buildings; technologies; or communities -- are sensitive to living systems; and can potentially accomplish their mission without the seemingly unavoidable side effects of pollution; erosion; congestion; and stress. Such "deep designs" meet the key criteria of renewability; recyclability; and nontoxicity. Often based on natural systems; they are easy to understand and implement; and provide more elegant approaches to getting the services and functions we need. Wann presents information gleaned from interviews with more than fifty innovative designers in a wide variety of fields; and describes numerous case studies that explain the concept and practice of deep design.

Took me a year of casual coin holding to get comfortable with the classic Palm. But Im taking a patient approach and not rushing things. It will take me years to get through this book but The descriptions are really good with decent photos. For newbies like myself (Im a year in but casually learning). I also recommend getting the DVD or download video of "In the Beginning There Were Coins" by Jay Noblezada. Great teacher and not only shows the moves but shares but the pitfalls. Love love loved this DVD.Another good DVD is Metal by Eric Jones.Be patient and put in the time. It was all worth it first time I did a classic vanish to friends. And thats childs play. SteelefalconLots of tricks you no longer see in mainstream magic. Awesome to learn slight of hand that very few magicians know or can teach. Very difficult but addictive if you love constantly tinkering with your hands. Good luck deciphering the language though if you are illiterate.
