Visually pleasing and informativeBy Holly GolightlyI bought this book a few years ago when I first moved to Crockett and I thought it was an amazing read. I loved all the well chosen pictures. In fact; I would take this book as I walked around and compare the old black and white photos to their modern counterparts and was surprised and delighted when I found many of the buildings still intact. I especially liked the description of the Columbus day celebrations they used to hold; the description along with the pictures made me feel as if I were actually there. I enjoy other books in this series; but I especially enjoyed this one. The author should be proud of writing such a wonderful book; it really touched my heart.
