The Stupa is more than an ancient symbol - it is a vibrating form. An interesting point is that the Stupa (traditional Buddhist architecture) is actually a form of Siva lingam. What most people do not know is that the Siva lingam is actually a visual form that encodes the process of energy transforming itself into matter (consciousness manifesting itself as the material world). The Stupa/lingam is made with certain mathematical principles that cause the Stupa - when built properly- to vibrate with specific qualities that are passed on to the people in its presence. It is in fact an energy generator. Anyone trying to build a Stupa who does not know the math is at risk of building something that vibrates with less than desirable energy. Unfortunately the concept has been shrouded in mystery and superstition for hundreds of years. It is recently being revealed by the very people who build and design them _ traditional architects and sculptors.
