It has a lot of inspiring ideas of how to change hankies into beautiful outfits for Barbie and her friends. I bought the digital Kindle version of the book. The problem is that the patterns dont print out to the correct size that they are supposed to be; or wont print out at all. It is a pretty book to look at. I just wish the patterns were functional. I would welcome a remedy if anyone has one.Thank you.Update: Nov 7; 2014My last review was written in April 2014. Since I wrote the first review; the author contacted me and was willing to mail me the full size copy of the patterns which are in the book. That was very good of her to make good on this product. I would still recommend looking on for the printed version of this book instead of the Kindle version simply because the patterns are not usable from the Kindle book. However her original patterns and dress projects are very lovely; and she gives clear instructions for making them. So I am going to upgrade my review from two stars to four stars. Hankies also personally bring back a lot of dear and nostalgic memories of special times with my Mom. I believe they must have touched my Momrsquo;s heart the same way as she kept all of her motherrsquo;s and her grandmotherrsquo;s hankies in a special drawer; and would pass them on to family members as a remembrance. But; hankies hidden away in a drawer are such a shame! Thatrsquo;s why I was so excited to find Miss Greenbergrsquo;s fabulous book of Hankie Couture!Whether you want a special way to display or gift a heritage hankie; or just love the charm of the hankie-and-fashion fusion; this book is fabulous! Greenbergrsquo;s designs are Paris Chic and the book itself is a work of art. The drawings and art designs are so pretty. Whether you actually get out your sewing needle (the instructions are thorough and easy to follow) matters not as the artful journey through her book will inspire your creativity and warm your heart with nostalgic memories. I bought two copies--one to keep and treasure and one to gift.
