This little book is jam-packed with powerful ideas and simple; yet profound; strategies to help the reader understand the complex business of communication.I especially loved Holstons imaginative story approach to illustrate his key points. Bob and Barb give real insight into the daunting task of helping an organization really understand who they are; how they want to be perceived and ultimately what they want people to think; feel and see when it comes to their company; product or service.For me; building a software company; I could really relate to many of the challenges that the company; TTI; was facing and how having someone like Bob and Barb working with you to really understand your companys goals and ultimately your customers needs would be a huge advantage.After reading this book; I feel better equipped to understand how to maximize my value of working with someone like Bob and Barb and less intimidated because I know have some perspective from both sides of the desk. This definitely opened my eyes on quite a few levels and has me actually excited to start putting what I have learned in this book to work for me and my company.
