It uses captioned pictures to tell the story. This book deals with the history of Tacomas waterfront. It breaks the timeline into 10 year periods of time from the beginning of the settling of Tacoma waterfront and how it developed. The pictures are a great snapshot of waterfront. If you grew up in the area; this will take you down memory lane.0 of 0 people found the following review helpful.
