Arbitration and Rent Review has become a standard work in the property world for guidance on rent review. In a clear style; the author examines the procedures that landlord and tenant should follow in order to agree a new rent or to have one decided by arbitration. By means of cases; he highlights the key areas of conflict that come before the courts; the contentious issues being introduced in the order in which they would be encountered by landlords or tenancts facing a review.

No tablature; an opportunity for growth.By ConradicalA further revised review:This book and the accompanying videos through the Hal Leonard website; are a great; comprenensive look at Rockabilly slap bass and some good lessons on reading music and key signatures. Johnny is a strange; hilarious guy in his videos that accompany the lessons in the book. For the price; you get a lot with this book. I highly recommend it.I still so wish this book had tablature. I didnt like reading music back in highschool band; and have spent nearly 30 years since avoiding reading music though I am a gigging musician. Tablature is easy for lazy knucle draggers like me; and reading a key signature feels like work. BUT; the author spells out how to read music and the use of key signatures in the first few lessons; and its all coming back to me. If I stick with it; I bet I will be able to sight read this whole book within a couple of weeks. Even if you have never read music before; this is a good primer. The internet has some good free drills for quizzing you on bass clef; so there are free resources out there today that make it easier to learn than ever before.Dont back down from the challenge; for those of you musical illiterates like myself. Im looking at this book as an opportunity for growth; and not only for slap technique.Looks like there is a lot of good material in it; and some online content; though I havent fully dived in yet. Ill give you a progress report in a few weeks.0 of 0 people found the following review helpful. Really goodBy D. FloydGreat story and great writing.0 of 0 people found the following review helpful.
