Postcards; many nearly a hundred years old; are used to show a river system that both resembles and differs greatly from the one we know today.

BryceI discovered that some pictures that I inherited from my grandfather were from the 1926 Sesqui-Centennial. Having this book. helped me identify each building and statue that were in the pictures. He didnt take a picture of the huge liberty bell though. and I think it may not have been completed when he was there. A great book that will stay in my collection.
