Much more in-depth than I anticipated but it is constructed in such a way that you can jump around and read topics that you are interested in rather than have to muddle through topics about which you dont have a current interest. Not Just for Dummies !By CJJimThis book makes a difficult program a little easier. Most newer cameras and smartphones take excellent photos so little editing is usually required. But. if you need to edit. then Photoshop Elements 11 is a good cost effective program. I am a very experienced in digital photo and video editing and went to the Elements 11 to simplify my work. However. Photoshop Elements 11 IS NOT intuitive. so this Dummies volume is a necessity to get any proficiency out of the program. I used Photoshop for years then Photo Impact (PI) for many more. It is also very useful with Photoshop Elements 12.
