RANGER BY ALFRED ROGERSBy PATS PATTERThis book will probably be more intersting to seniors who have lived though the early "oil boom of Texas" unless you are a history buff. I lived through part of this history in Ranger. Texas and to see pictures of what really happened when the first oil well came in....oil was running everywhere. It was an exciting time for the people who lived through that era. If you order one of the books. you will not be sorry as the author/writer also lived through much of these times.I purchased two of these books.....one for myself and one for the younger generation of my family.
