Great insight into the best high school bands!By Joshua StearmanAs a high school band director. we hardly get time to go out and watch other high school directors work...we usually just see the finished product. This book allows a glimpse into the worlds of our professions most successful people. My favorite part is that these arent all tales of ideal settings. but often a story of how they got to where they are. Included are often seating arrangements and explanations. warm up procedures. organization of the program. and so on. This is probably my favorite band-related book.
