Reading this makes me feel better about my job (and provided hours of laughs)By TinaI was a fan of Toms Top Ten articles and read this book because of that. Living on Long Island my entire life and having worked as a waitress here many years ago; I can honestly say I think Ive met at least a few of the "wonderful" individuals written about. Some people are seriously messed up. The great thing about this book is that Tom is laughing at them with you and shining a light on all the crazies. Great book. It doesnt matter which order you read it in - front to back or back to front. The chapters are extremely short and each one is independent of the others. It was great to get such a good insight into what it takes to own and manage a restaurant.
