This very lively little piece is an excerpt from the great South American composers "Prole do Bebe" suite; which contains musical descriptions of a babys dolls; including "Polichinelo" who is a traditional puppet (Punch) that is full of zany antics. This is a popular encore piece for concert performers; played sometimes so quickly as to seem almost a blur.
