Usually one excerpt per page. I knew it would be like that; but it was still pretty comical to actually open it and see fractions of larger famous works. The reason I bought it was to practice sight reading as a pianist; which it is actually suitable for since the excerpts are tiny. It is indeed very small; almost pocket-portable.
