The only thing I missed was that this book also comes in a version with a CD. So; I went and purchased that book. I learned the basics of guitar playing starting with this book; It was easy to see and follow the lessons. I usually always look at the inside of books on .com before purchasing any book. Great Book for Learning Chords!By Que Surah21My daughter and I bought this book for my husband for Fathers Day and hes really enjoying it. Although he learned to play guitar when he was a child; the class only taught him the notes; not any chords. The book seems easy to follow along. The CD is helpful too; but not as much as the book. Its great to hear him play music!
