Their house is decorated with antique pictures. both of the area and their relatives. I thought this would be a great gift for them...in fact it was such a good idea it turned out they had already bought it for themselves! I ended up keeping the book and it really gives you a more personal look at the history of the area. Rather than the stock images you always encounter. there are candid shots of people as well as the area taken by average people. explorers. business venturees. etc. You feel like you see the town as the people that took the pictures and are part of the book would have. unlike some of the other historical looks Ive encountered that make the regions and people seem so detached and unreal.0 of 0 people found the following review helpful.
