Each scale is presented in its basic form followed by a series of exercises based on the scale. The book is quite thick (269 pages) and is suitable for any level of player from beginner to virtuoso. I only envisage myself learning and practicing the common major and their relative minor scales. However. anyone aiming for a high level of musical development would definitely benefit from this book.
